Lesley has always had a passion for event planning and weddings. Event planning allows her to meet new people and utilize her creative skills. She has coordinated several weddings, and special events for family and friends. She holds a degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Virginia. She received her Certification in Planning Weddings and Events from Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute. She is very detailed-oriented and will focus on every aspect of your event.

Amber Pratt, Assistant Planner & Coordinator
Amber has always had a knack for organization, planning, and being able to give that special touch to any event she is involved in. She has assisted in planning events for family and friends. She is a great multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, which have proven beneficial to her full-time career. She is a great team-player and always puts the needs of our client’s first at every event. Prior to officially joining ECE, she has assisted on several events.
Stephanie Villatoro, Assistant Planner & Coordinator
Stephanie was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She attended George Mason University, where she graduated with a degree in organizational administration and event management. She has worked at several wedding events and expos in the DC area, where she had the opportunity to work alongside local designers. Stephanie loves being in the event planning industry as it allows her to meet new people, and be a part of their journey. She is creative, loves anything DIY, and loves spending her free time with family and friends.
Rachel Zeldin, Assistant Planner & Coordinator
Rachel was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She attended Longwood University where she graduated in 2012 with a degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Communication studies. Rachel worked for Loudoun County Public Schools for four years, and recently transferred to Fairfax County Public Schools . While working at the middle school in Loudoun County, Rachel had the opportunity to be an advisor of Student Council Association and other organizations. Rachel was able to coordinate activities such as Field Day, Fall Festival, and fundraisers. She also planned many surprise parties. All of these opportunities gave her insight on event planning and made me have a love for event planning! Rachel has an attentive eye for small details and loves working with others! In her down time, she enjoys taking photos,traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
